Hello friends! My name is Amy and I am the first certified Naturotherapist (n.d.) in Canada recognized to offer Spinal Energetics as a modality through the Academy of Naturopaths and Naturotherapists of Canada.

This allows me to issue insurance receipts (depending on your extended health care plan’s coverage) for 1:1 Spinal Energetics sessions. These can be both in-person in Newfoundland and online across Canada.
With over 400 hours of combined training and almost 20 years of experience in spiritual and somatic healing, I am here to support your wellness journey. ​I am ready to help you remember who you are.
