Best Kind Reiki offers transformative group soul circle's that are aimed at spiritual growth and development. This nurturing practice is designed to help individuals connect with their innate wisdom and light. By coming together in circle, we honor the tradition of communal sharing and knowledge exchange that has lasted for centuries. Our gatherings provide a safe, connected, and grounded space for self-discovery and healing. During each circle we will have a reiki guided meditation or kundalini yoga kriya (including breathwork) and sound bath. These practices are all designed to help us physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Join us to experience the combination of community, support, and spiritual guidance.
