Guided meditation allows you to enjoy the benefits of this mindful practice without the stress of needing to "figure it out" on your own. Meditation can improve your overall health and give you a sense of calm. It helps you learn to stay present and centered. Each of our sessions will include a personal sound bath session so that the sound vibrations and frequencies to support you dropping into a meditative state. This practice cultivates peace, reduces stress, boosts confidence and improves sleep quality. Group or Individual sessions available.
